I’ve got great relationships with all my clients.
It’s not a brag. It can be a blessing and a curse.
For all the good points, it sometimes means I receive messages like this.
“John, we need a Project Manager with an HR background”
And they then expect me to go to market and find someone 🙄(Love you really)
Luckily, I’ve worked with this business for the past 18 months and have placed a good chunk of their team, so let me fill in some of the MANY blanks.
First off, the business operate in the incredibly exciting world of HR tech and are one of the leading strategic partners for Cornerstone OnDemand. Not only that, they also create their own standalone software products that solve their client’s HR headaches as well as complement areas of CSOD’s offerings.
Early on during the pandemic they moved to 100% remote working and have embraced this going forward meaning the role is open to anyone based in the UK.
With a geographically dispersed team they are looking for someone happy to work with autonomy and utilise their experience to add value to a whole host of clients across a handful of projects running simultaneously.
The business are established but still young and there are huge opportunities for both career progression and for you to put your own stamp on how things are run so if you’re after a role where you can directly the impact the way things are done, this one could be a great fit.
The role is really going to suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong HR background. You’ll be working with clients who at points may need guidance on HR processes and how they can realise the benefits of Cornerstone as well as support them with business process definition too.
You DO NOT need Cornerstone experience to apply but will need exposure to managing HR tech implementations.
So, from a 10 word text message I’ve managed to ramble on for 332 words, 333 words, 33…OK I’ll stop now.
