Give me an …OK we could be hear all day. I need a Business Analyst.

As my client’s dedicated BA capability continues to grow they’re now in need of an experienced analyst to join their team and support their weird and wonderful array of clients with requirements gathering, gap analysis, process design and, ideally, the development of Target Operating Model’s.

This is a business operating in the tech consulting space and you’ll have the chance to work on some of the leading tech enabled transformations in the country across a whole host of industries. That being the case you're going to benefit from a high level understanding of the software development lifecycle and if you've got experience with user centred design and business architecture then this could be a match made in heaven.

I’ve placed a good portion of this small but mighty team and I can guarantee you’ll be working with a selection of some of the most driven, passionate, experienced and down to earth people in this fine nation of ours (think the Avengers without the ever present threat of global annihilation).

You’ll have a whole load of flexibility to work remotely with monthly touch points in a London based HQ and whilst the requirement to be on a client site from time to time will depend on the projects you’re supporting, the practice is led by a director who doesn’t believe in having bums on seats in an office just for you to sit on video calls all day.

Beyond the experience you’ll be bringing to the team you’ll also have the opportunity to develop your change management skills as well as be part of supporting the growth of a young practice whose value has well and truly been recognised by the broader business.

There’s a base salary of £50-65,000 on offer for this role with bonus, private healthcare and a number of other benefits in the mix plus a team so good (did I mention the Avengers?) that they’re easily the equivalent of another £10k 😉
