It’s an incredible time to be working in change management, especially when it comes to the world of tech.

With more companies than ever now appreciating the impact that a great change strategy has on the success of technology implementations, investment in this area has never been higher. 

As a change specialist your skills are in high demand and there’s never been a better time to consider a potential move. 

That being the case I want to talk to you about a consulting client of mine who are investing heavily in their dedicated change practice. 

The organisation itself is well established and positioned as one of the leading implementation partners of Microsoft technologies. With an increasing demand to provide both technical and now people support they set up a brand new change practice a few years ago led by a Change and Transformation Director with over 20 years experience of working on successful ERP implementations. 

The practice is growing, obviously, and alongside the opportunity to work with a team of specialists on tech enabled transformations across the UK and Europe, you’ll have the chance to truly shape the way this organisation adds value to their clients.

There’s hybrid working on offer and whilst headquartered in London, travel into the City is minimal and fully expensed so this opportunity is open to those based anywhere in the UK. 

Many of this organisations projects run nationally so although the need to be on site with clients isn’t once what it was, you’ll need to have a degree of flexibility to spend a day or 2 on site with a business when needed. 

The salary on offer will be dependent on experience but will range from £55-65,000 with a range of benefits included.
