Job Description
Change Managers.
Hi 👋 It’s me again.
I’ve been accused of making my adverts too informal in the past. Too chatty. Too…fun.
So this time out I’m doing what everyone else does and making it boring. Apologies in advance.
I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve just started working with an exciting new client who are embarking on a migration from SAP ECC6 to S/4 HANA. (I’ve never been thrilled about anything, there are few clients that get me excited (although this actually is one) and I don’t think I’ve ever said the word embarking out loud in my life)
They’re in need of a Change Manager to join them on an initial 12 month fixed term contract and ensure that the adoption of this brand new shiny system is a success. (Can an SAP system even BE shiny?)
This industry leading organisation have a London HQ and you’ll be able to collaborate with an incredible team 2-3 days per week in an environment that you can’t help be inspired by (The offices are lovely but this is an indirect way of saying you need to be onsite a couple of times a week)
The role will see you supporting all change management activities related to the programme and you’ll be onboard to see the transition to post go live and BAU. (You’re there till the end. Mwaha.Mwahahaha. Mwah 😈…sorry)
To be successful in the role you’d benefit from having worked on an SAP S/4 HANA transformation programme, setting up networks of change agents and managing communication plans (This is all pretty much essential and there’s a good chance the role’s not for you if you don’t have this experience but it just feels rude saying that)
There’s a base salary of £75,000 on offer plus bonus and benefits and in an ideal world you’ll be available to start in the next 3-4 weeks (If you’re looking for something over £75k and on a 3 month notice then package AND timing is going to be off. Soz.)
There you go. A boring advert. Easy.

Please note that Global Tech Collective is committed to providing the best candidate experience and that every applicant will receive a response.
