Job Description
Trainers.
Yours is one of the most versatile skillsets out there. You’re capable of not only designing and delivering engaging and captivating training that actually sticks but you’re also able to learn about new systems and processes along the way.
You’re the human equivalent of a sponge (wait, that doesn’t sound right…but you know I mean…hopefully).
I’m working with an organisation going through their biggest technology transformation in the last couple of decades.
Enabled by an implementation of Dynamics 365 they’re ensuring their most important asset, their people, are looked after through the entire process. Change management and user adoption is being headed up by quite possibly THE best change lead I’ve had the pleasure of working with and they’re now looking for a systems trainer to join their team full time.
You’ll be working alongside a great internal team including an awesome Training Lead I’ve known for the best part of a decade and will be involved in the development and delivery of training for employees across a number of national sites. This is going to be a mix of face to face and virtual sessions as well as getting involved in creating some kick arse digital content.
Despite my earlier statement that you lot can pick up and learn new systems, this particular role does require previous experience of D365 training given the stage of the programme but the client aren’t fussy about the modules you’ve covered.
There’s plenty of flexibility to work remotely but you’ll need to be comfortable with occasional travel to national sites and the client HQ in Hampshire.
There’s a base salary of £60-70,000 on offer plus benefits and the opportunity to develop your skills and experience alongside one of the best training and change teams assembled.
