I’m working with a longstanding client who are on the lookout for a Hypercare Lead… this one’s all about landing the plane.

I’m looking for someone who knows what happens after go-live. Some might say, that’s when the real work starts.

You’ll be stepping in to take ownership of hypercare for a D365-enabled transformation. The cutover will be done. Your job is to make sure everything that follows is controlled, structured, and doesn’t descend into chaos.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and setting up hypercare across multiple go-live phases

• Owning the hypercare process end-to-end

• Running defect triage, governance, and daily reporting

• Acting as the bridge between programme and BAU IT

• Making sure the transition into BAU is actually smooth 

What they need:

• Someone who’s led hypercare on large-scale transformations (D365 or similar)

• Strong stakeholder management… you’ll be in the middle of everything

• Calm under pressure, organised, and able to bring structure to ambiguity

Rate for this one is £650-700 per day, outside IR35 and this one runs through to the end of the year initially (successful applicants will need to start in the next few weeks). 

There’s flexibility to work remotely although my client are looking for someone who understands the importance of being on the ground during what will be a critical phase of their transformation so travel to their offices in the South of England is required.
