A client I’ve been working with for around 2 and a half years have asked me to support them with a critical hire.
They’re looking for a Business Change Consultant to join their small but perfectly formed team in their Paris HQ.
It’s worth me caveating everything that comes next with the fact that to be considered for this role you must speak French (fluent or natively) AND English. The role itself is an opportunity to work collaboratively with an incredible Change Lead in France whilst being led by a super inspiring Change Director in the UK who has built an incredible foundation for change and learning adoption within this organisation.
Due to continued growth within the practice and a busy pipeline of work in France and further afield they’re looking for someone who has experience of training as well as the ability to get their hands dirty and “do” change management for their clients.
You’ll be given the freedom to work autonomously, partnering with your Parisian colleague whilst having regular support from the UK team as well as playing a key role in the French practice as it continues to grow.

Whilst my client’s HQ is in Paris there is plenty of flexibility to work remotely but as a change specialist it’s expected that you’ll appreciate the value of being in front of clients and collaborating with your team when needed.
There is a €60-75,000 base salary on offer plus bonus and other benefits and an environment where your hard work and success is genuinely rewarded.
