If you’re working in Finance process transformation and feel like you’re the only one flying the flag for the people side of technology implementations (we’re talking change management here) then I might have the perfect* role for you.

*Yeah yeah I know perfection doesn’t exist but this is pretty close* 

I’m working with a London based HR, Finance and Change consultancy who have a strong pipeline of work stretching through to the end of 2026 and beyond. 

They’ve built an incredible team of specialists focused on supporting a range of public and private sector organisations with solution design, getting the best return from their investment in Tier 1 ERP solutions and helping change land through a keen focus on user adoption.

If you’ve been working in consulting for a while now and find yourself constantly reminding stakeholders and management that without a focus on people, programmes fail, then you’re likely getting a little fed up. 

My client will give you an opportunity to flex your finance transformation muscle (to confirm-this isn’t a config role)  as well as driving home the importance of change, comms and training and making sure all these elements are in place to ensure the solution lands successfully. 

It’s a hybrid role with a central London HQ base, a couple of days per week fully remote and client travel (predominantly in the South of the country) when needed. 

Base salary is circa £90,000 DOE and benefits.
