It’s been a little bit since I’ve had an out and out change role to recruit for you and ya know what? I’ve missed it. 

What better way to get back on the horse than to be working with one of my favourite hiring managers to find a change lead for their team. 

A change role it may be but as you’d have come to expect from me by now there’s a technology transformation at play here (in this case underpinned by an implementation of Workday) and in order for you to hit the ground running (workshops are underway) you’ll need to have had experience with this particular ERP solution. 

**HCM is up first and Finance is on the agenda a little later down the line**

You’ll be joining in the early stages of the programme playing a key role in design workshops, capturing change impacts and charged with delivering strategies to ensure the successful  adoption of technology and processes changes. 

An understand of training and learning strategies is also going to be super handy. 

You’ll have plenty of flexibility to work remotely but will benefit from the flexibility to get into a London office once per week/ as and when required.

The position sits outside IR35 with a rate of £650 per day plus expenses.
