I’m on the lookout for a Business Change Specialist to join a longstanding client of mine on an initial two month engagement starting in the next couple of weeks. 

Your mission, if you choose to accept it (sorry that was lazy), is to help define my client’s strategic framework to manage change for their programme- in this case an implementation of Microsoft’s Sales CRM (part of the Dynamics365 stack).

You’ll have flexibility to work remotely and this position is open to applications from anyone in the UK although you will need to be comfortable with a couple of trips to Europe, namely Poland and France (if you can speak French that’ll help too but it’s not essential). 

Here’s an idea of what you’ll be getting involved with;

• Defining the strategic framework to manage change
• Create the case for change, guiding principles, strategic priorities and a High-level Change Plan.
• Provide a structured framework to guide all Change Management activities

Ideally you’ll have worked on the rollout of Dynamics365 although any ERP or CRM solution will be useful. 

Rate is £515 per day plus expenses and the position sits outside IR35.
