Fast forward almost 40 years after these prophetic words were forged and here I am, looking for a Senior Change Manager for an incredible consulting client of mine. What a time to be alive.

If you’re currently working in consulting as a business change specialist (not…I repeat NOT change and release), helping customers to transform their HR or finance services through the use of tier 1 ERP solutions (think SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) with a focus on people…then it’s worth reading on.
