Job Description
I’m working with an SAP Consultancy.
If that immediately makes you role your eyes and start thinking about living out of a suitcase for weeks on end and your success being directly linked to sales then just give me a minute.
This particular consultancy is different. They’re not your stereotypical SI or implementation partner. In fact, their origin story starts with a desire to go to war against the poor practices adopted by so many of the larger consulting firms out there.
They work customer side with no agenda beyond ensuring that their clients receive the best service possible. They don’t approach every problem with a SAP shaped sledgehammer and they won’t advise businesses to chuck money at the newest, shiniest solutions if something a lot more cost effective will get the job done.
They’re success is measured by the businesses they work with ending up with a SAP solution that’s fit for purpose. And by extension, so is yours.
This particular advert is for an SAP SD Process Specialist but if you’ve landed here by accident I’m also looking for consultants with SAP Supply Chain experience too.
If you’re at a point in your career where you’d like to add real value to your customers, to develop your skills through working with some of the most experienced consultants in the market, to be able to make an impact in a variety of organisations from day 1 and to have fun while you’re doing it, then this might be an opportunity worth pursuing.
In order for this to be a fit you’ll need deep understanding of SAP SD processes (including OTC) and ideally have delivered on complex, multi country/site S/4 HANA rollouts. If you’ve done this in consulting environments even better but it’s not essential.
There’s plenty of flexibility to work remotely (home based contracts of employment) and if you’re in or around the Northwest you may even want to make use of my clients HQ on a more regular basis, but this role is very much open to anyone based in the UK.
There’s a base salary of £70,000-100,000 on offer for this role depending on experience with a broader benefits package including private healthcare etc. But the cherry on the cake here is the inclusion of an EMI share scheme which will see you rewarded for the critical part you play in the companies growth moving forward.
