When it comes to ensuring the success of an SAP implementation, I’ve always imagined you lot taking on the role of a conductor, stood there in front of an orchestra with that weird little stick thing ensuring everything runs according to plan.
Timing errors, lack of attention, unprepared ‘musicians’; the list of potential challenges goes on and on but there you are ensuring that the strange looking rabble assembled in front of you are creating something beautiful and in turn, keeping the audience happy.
