I’m hiring for one of my favourite clients… an HR tech consultancy who not only implement a market leading HRIS, but also build their own products from the ground up.
As demand grows for their in house Competency Management System, they’re looking for an HRIS consultant who’s had hands on experience implementing competency frameworks… not just performance or L&D modules.
You’ll be working closely with their brilliant product and implementation team, getting stuck into customer discovery, configuration, and making sure the system reflects how people actually work…especially in complex, safety critical industries.
This is ideal for someone who understands competency as a business critical tool, not just an L&D bolt-on. You'll be given autonomy, a remote first setup, and the chance to shape a product that's solving real, messy problems.
Salary is £45–55,000 depending on experience, and I dare you not to buy into their mission after your first chat.
