I’m looking for a Project Manager with experience of leading implementations of HR technology solutions, in this specific case, Cornerstone OnDemand. 

My client is an SME sized technology consultancy who build their own kick arse solutions to fix their clients problems as well as help businesses realise their ROI from one of the leading LMS’s on the market, CSOD. 

I’ve worked with them and their incredibly inspiring CEO for the last 5 years and am fortunate to have placed most of the people working there. 

They’ve grown organically, survived a pandemic, overcome the trials of being a relatively small business in a hyper competitive space and despite the market doing whatever the hell it’s currently doing, they’re continuing to win work, continuing to grow and continuing to hire. 

That’s where you (I hope it’s you) come in. 

They’re looking to bring a CSOD Project Manager into the team to not only work with their clients and ensure successful go lives, but to share their experience of what’s got right in their previous roles to add a little more structure and shape to their current processes. 

If you want to work with the technology you love, have access to a dev team that create tools that might make you love it even more, and help shape the processes in an already successful but relatively young organisation then I’d love to hear from you. 

This position is 100% remote (although you must be UK based) and is offering a base salary of £45-62,000 plus benefits depending on experience.
