UAT done well can make a programme.

Done badly…well, let’s be honest, it’s a bit of a shit show. 

We’re looking for more of the latter and bugger all of the former. 

This role will see you embedded in my clients process team, working closely with senior stakeholders to get them properly prepared for UAT.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the UAT approach across a key process area

• Working with process leads to make sure the right things are being tested

• Improving test quality, structure, and reusability

• Making sure end-to-end scenarios reflect how the business actually operates

• Keeping the SI honest

• Supporting dry runs, execution, and the transition through to BAU

What you’ll need:

• Strong experience leading UAT on large ERP / S/4HANA programmes

• Someone who understands business processes, not just test scripts

• Experience across core finance processes (R2R), including Product Costing, and the wider integration points that come with it 

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

• Confident enough to challenge when things don’t stack up

• Able to bring structure and clarity to a busy phase of delivery

This is a contract running from May through to December (with a strong chance it extends into next year). It’s a hybrid role, at peak you’ll be onsite 2–3 days per week, and the rate is £500–£650 + expenses per day depending on experience.
