As a Business Analyst, yours has been one of the most in demand skill sets in the technology transformation space for some time now.

Your ability to analyse and document existing business processes whilst simultaneously working with actual humans to improve those processes and define new ones means that even when the machines do finally rise up and take over, yours will be one of the last jobs to go…it’s a jooooke.

I’m working with a business who have a sizeable amount of transformation taking place in their organisation. Enabled by a whole host of weird and wonderful new technologies they’re looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis with a specific focus on improving their procurement to pay processes.

With SAP underpinning no small part of the transformation this is a perfect opportunity for you to gain exposure to a full lifecycle implementation (of S/4 HANA no less) and if you've already got experience then all the better.

To help you on your P2P process improvement quest you’ll be working alongside a super experienced in house team and a procurement lead I’ve had the pleasure of working with for the past 10 years (10 YEARS. I need a new job).

The client is based in Oxfordshire with their HQ being a commutable distance from Berkshire and Wiltshire and as they are looking for a weekly onsite commitment (2-3 days per week) it’s probably the right time to say that if you’re looking for a fully remote role, this one won’t be for you.

For those of you that like to see a salary in an advert I’m happy to report that the range on offer for this particular role is £50-60,000 with a broader package including up to 15% bonus, a sizeable pension contribution, private medical, life assurance and a LOOOOOAD of additional benefits that will mean on the days you’re in the office, you won’t want to leave…well…almost.
