There’s a big difference between being involved in an SAP cutover and being the person responsible for making sure the technical side of it actually happens.

My client is looking for an experienced SAP Technical Cutover Lead to join an ongoing S/4HANA transformation and take ownership of technical cutover planning and readiness.

Working alongside a Business Cutover Lead, you'll be responsible for coordinating the IT side of cutover... bringing together data, environments, technical activities and dependencies to make sure everything is ready for go-live.

You'll need to understand how all the moving parts fit together, what needs to happen and when, and where the risks and dependencies sit across the wider programme.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience leading technical cutover on an SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Strong technical cutover planning and execution experience
• Experience coordinating data migration, environments and technical readiness
• An understanding of dependencies across SAP and the wider technology landscape
• Experience developing and managing detailed cutover plans and runbooks
• Strong RAID, dependency and stakeholder management
• The ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and workstreams through cutover
• Experience working alongside business cutover and programme leadership teams

We're looking for somebody who has taken ownership of technical cutover on a major SAP programme and is comfortable driving it through to go-live.
