Job Description

I’m recruiting for a number of Architect positions at the moment and trust me (don’t laugh) this is an organisation you’ll want to learn more about. 

Me, biased? Yeah of course. But that bias is based on 12 years experience recruiting in the SAP space and hearing first hand how many organisations in the consulting world are just getting it wrong. Wrong for their customers but more importantly, wrong for their people. 

If you’re working for a consultancy where that’s the case, or even if you’re contracting and want to be part of a movement that sees a clients best interests put front of centre of any and all decisions made, I’d argue you’ve got little to lose by us having a chat. Besides time obvs. But I’ll only need 5 minutes of that to start. 

I should probably mention what my client need shouldn’t I? They’re after someone with experience architecting SAP solutions for large scale S/4 HANA programmes. Yeah I can already hear you thinking ‘who isn’t?’

Your skills are in demand, which is why this business, as well as offering a competitive salary (£90-110,000 DOE plus benefits) are also offering share options. Share options that will reward you for the part you play in their growth plans over the next few years. 

Beyond an attractive package, you’ll also be working with a team of SAP superstars (Ok that made me cringe too) who not only focus on providing the best service to their clients but have a lot of fun while they’re doing it. 

 There’s plenty of flexibility to work remotely and if you’re in or around the Northwest you may even want to make use of my clients HQ on a more regular basis, but this role is very much open to anyone based in the UK. 

It’s a 2-stage interview process (both of which can be completed virtually) and whilst the business is ready for someone to join now and support them with a pipeline of work that just keeps on growing they’re willing to wait for the right person to join.
